Knight Ridder's Real Cities Network and cars.com Join
The 24/7 Network
NEW YORK, November 2, 1998 -- 24/7 Media, Inc.
(NASDAQ: TFSM), one of the largest Internet media companies, today announced the additions
of high-profile Web properties -- Knight Ridder's Real Cities and cars.com -- to its 24/7
Network. Real Cities, a network of more than 40 Web sites, and cars.com together will
generate approximately 45 million incremental impressions per month for the 24/7 Network.

Real Cities (www.realcities.com) is one of the
leading city networks on the Web today comprising 29 city sites and 13 specialty sites.

nearly 500,000 unique visitors to its site in September, according to data supplied by Net
Ratings, a Web site audience measurement service.
